Cowgor Workshop is a Hong Kong digital production studio that engineers websites, apps and marketing campaigns end to end. This site is our working portfolio: it shows the services we take on, the dossiers we have shipped, and the brands we have built them for.

The workshop exists for marketing teams, agencies and founders who need one accountable pair of hands across the whole build — information architecture, UX and interface design, front-end and back-end code, cloud deployment, paid and organic campaign systems, analytics and tag management. Instead of stitching five vendors together, clients brief a single contractor who scopes, builds, launches and then measures the result.

It is built and run by Kevin Lam Cheung Seuk, a forward-deployed engineer and project manager with more than twenty years in web production. His background spans layout and UX design, programming, mobile apps, SEO, project performance analysis and delivery management across agencies and in-house teams — a mix that lets creative intent and technical reality survive contact with each other. Every engagement is scoped, built and measured by the same hands.

Projects here range from campaign microsites and e-commerce builds to long-running platforms and performance marketing programmes, delivered for names such as Moët Hennessy Diageo, Gaw Capital Partners, TOM FORD Beauty, SK-II, AXA, PCCW and the Hong Kong Tourism Board's Discover Hong Kong.
